If you are comfortable running your samples on the instrument, but are trying a new protocol or staining, you may wish to take advantage of this service. The Instrument Settings Help service allows you to have a facility technologist at the instrument during the setup of the instrument settings. This way, we can advise you on how to properly set up the instrument and make sure everything looks appropriate.
