The Bio-Plex system (Bio-Rad), housed in the Flow Cytometry Core Facility, is a flexible, easy-to-use bead-based multiplex analysis system that permits the simultaneous analysis of up to 100 different biomolecules (proteins, peptides, or nucleic acids) in a single microtiter plate well. The most commonly used applications are cytokine detection and protein analysis for cell signaling investigations.
